Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Delivery Times All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery times may vary depending on your location, the shipping carrier, and factors outside our control (such as customs processing or weather delays).

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Prices listed on our store do not include shipping, handling, customs, or import charges unless otherwise stated.

Risk of Loss Once your order is transferred to the carrier, title and risk of loss pass to you. Eco Cradle is not liable for delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier after handoff.

International Orders For international shipments, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
